摘要
近年来,随着新能源汽车的推广,LNG汽车得到广泛应用,车载LNG气瓶框架结构的轻量化和安全稳定是LNG汽车成功推广的重要组成部分。针对重型卡车的气瓶框架结构,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS的拓扑优化模块,基于变密度法对模型在停靠、颠簸和制动三种工况进行了强度分析和结构拓扑优化,结合各工况的优化结果对车载框架结构进行了轻量化改进,结构整体质量下降了14.1%,并校核新结构的强度符合设计要求,证明了结构优化的合理性,为相关框架类结构的轻量化提供参考。
In recent years,with the promotion of new energy vehicles,LNG vehicles have been widely used.The lightweight and safety and stability of LNG cylinder frame structures for vehicles are an important part of the successful promotion of LNG vehicles.For the cylinder frame structure of heavy trucks,using the finite element analysis software ANSYS topology optimization module,based on the variable density method,the strength analysis and structural topology optimization of the model in the three conditions of docking,jolting and braking were carried out.Based on the optimization results of various operating conditions,the lightweight structure of the on-board frame structure was improved,the overall quality of the structure was reduced by 14.1%,and the strength of the new structure was verified to meet the design requirements,which proved the rationality of the structural optimization.Provides a reference for the lightweighting of related frameworks.
