摘要
中医越来越受到重视,为培养更多中医人才,合格的优秀的中医教材非常重要,《中医内科学》教材尤其重要,其不仅要适合学校教学的要求,更要适用于医院临床带教的要求,这就要求《中医内科学》教材上承经典体现中医思维、下接临床能够指导临床实践,但目前教材两方面的问题都存在,特别是其与临床实践不适用之处,本文通过列举具体事例指出这些问题所在,以求得到大家的重视,认真对待这些问题。
Recently,increasing attention has been paid to traditional Chinese medicine.In order to cultivate more Chinese medicine practitioners,highly qualified textbooks of traditional Chinese medicine are very important.The textbook of Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine is particularly important.It should not only meet the requirements of school teaching,but also the clinical practice teaching in hospitals.This requires that the textbooks of Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine inherit the classics to reflect the thinking of traditional Chinese medicine and follow the practical application to guide clinical practice.However,there are problems in both aspects of the textbooks at present,especially their inapplicability to clinical practice.The above problems were pointed out by citing specific examples in this paper,so as to attract everyone's attention and make all these problems be taken seriously.
