摘要
目的探讨内分泌临床药师主导的中青年2型糖尿病患者管理模式对改善糖尿病患者的临床指标和自我管理水平的效果。方法选择中青年2型糖尿病患者116例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,通过开展药学服务和健康指导,随访6个月,观察患者糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、体重指数(BMI)、出院后低血糖事件发生率及自我管理改变状况。结果研究组的HbA1c、BMI、出院后低血糖事件发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组在饮食、运动、自我血糖监测和遵医嘱用药方面的自我管理行为显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论内分泌临床药师对中青年2型糖尿病患者进行管理,可有效提高临床治疗效果和自我管理行为。
Objective To investigate the effects of clinical endocrinology pharmacist-led management mode on improving the clinical indexes and self-management level in young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes dominated(T2DM).Methods A total of 116 young and middle-aged patients with T2DM were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.After 6 months'follow-up,the glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),body mass index(BMI),incidence rate of hypoglycemia after discharge and self-management changes were observed.Results The HbA1c,BMI and incidence rate of hypoglycemia after discharge in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the self-management behaviors in diet,exercise,self-monitoring of blood glucose and medication according to doctor's advice in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical endocrinology pharmacist's management in young and middle-aged patients with T2DM can effectively improve the clinical treatment efficacy and self-management behavior.
