低合金高强耐磨钢焊接接头软化现象研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用显微硬度、拉伸试验及金相显微组织等测试方法,对JFE-EH400/ZG30SiMn与NM400/ZG30SiMn两种组合的异种钢焊接接头各区域的组织性能进行分析。结果表明,焊接接头均存在软化现象,软化现象是由于焊接热影响区发生相变重结晶,导致板条状马氏体组织转变为铁素体与碳化物颗粒,硬度明显下降。软化区附近高强钢耐磨性下降以及焊接接头整体强度下降,强度级别高的接头软化现象更为严重。降低焊接热输入能够缩短软化区宽度。 The microhardness,tensile test and metallographic microstructure test were used to analyze the microstructure properties of each area of different steel welded joint combinations of JFE-EH400/ZG30 SiMn and NM400/ZG30 SiMn.The results show that the welded joints are softened.The softening phenomenon is caused by phase change recrystallization in the heat affected zone,which leads to the transformation of strip martensite structure into ferrite and carbide particle and obvious decrease of hardness.Finally,the abrasion resistance of high strength steel near the softening zone and the overall strength of the welded joints decrease.The softening of joints with high strength is more serious.The width of softening zone can be shortened by reducing the welding heat input.
