摘要
储能系统ESS(energy storage system)的广泛接入能够在提升有源配电网运行经济性的同时兼顾用户对供电可靠性的需求,本文提出了考虑有源配电网综合成本的储能系统规划方法。首先,建立了考虑有源配电网综合成本的储能系统规划模型:以有源配电网综合成本最小为目标函数,以储能系统安装容量及所在位置节点为优化变量。然后,采用二阶锥规划与模拟退火相结合的混合算法对上述规划模型进行求解。最后,在改进的IEEE 33节点测试算例上对储能系统进行规划与分析。结果表明,本文提出的考虑有源配电网综合成本的储能系统规划方法能够有效降低有源配电网综合成本,提升有源配电网的运行经济性和供电可靠性水平。
Energy storage systems(ESSs)are widely connected to active distribution network,which not only improves the network’s operation economy but also takes into account the power supply reliability required by uses.In this pa⁃per,a planning method for ESS is proposed considering the comprehensive cost of active distribution network.First,the planning model for ESS considering the comprehensive cost of active distribution network is established,which takes the minimum comprehensive cost of the whole network as its objective function and the installation capacity of ESS and the corresponding location as its optimization variables.Then,by combining the simulated annealing method with the second-order cone programming,a hybrid optimization algorithm is used to solve the planning model.Finally,the planning and analysis of ESS is performed on a modified IEEE 33-node test system.Results show that the proposed planning method for ESS can effectively reduce the comprehensive cost of active distribution network and improve its op⁃eration economy and power supply reliability.
