摘要
氢综合利用技术可为电网的削峰填谷起到积极作用,有利于改善系统负荷日曲线。根据宾馆类用电特性,采用减小峰谷差率法和利用峰谷电价差法两种方法配置氢综合利用系统。从用户自身角度,利用峰谷电价差法配置氢综合利用系统经济性更优;从电网角度,采用减小峰谷差率法配置氢综合利用系统可增加全社会综合效益。从电网和用户均受益的角度出发,一是建议结合宾馆类场景的负荷特性,调节峰谷差电价;二是建议对氢综合利用系统进行技术创新,降低其成本,减小成本回收时间。
The comprehensive utilization technology of hydrogen can play a positive role in load shifting and help to optimize the daily load curve of the grid system.According to the characteristics of electricity consumption model of hotels and the like,two methods can be used to configure the hydrogen comprehensive utilization system.For the users,it is more economical to configure the system by regulating peak-valley price difference;for the power grid operator,the system of reducing the difference of the grid’s peak-valley loads can optimize the comprehensive benefit of the society.To optimize both the grid operator’s and the user’s interests,the peak-valley price difference should be regulated to adopt the electricity consumption model of hotels and the like,and the technical innovation of the hydrogen comprehensive utilization system should be advanced to decrease the cost.
