摘要
以苹果矮化砧木SH5的6年生嫁接树为试材,研究矮化栽培条件下果园化肥用量递减和有机肥增施对果实品质的影响。结果表明,在施用生物有机肥的果园条件下,N、P、K复合肥递减处理显著增加了果肉可溶性固形物含量(SSC)和花色苷含量,减少了果皮叶绿素含量,对果肉硬度无明显影响;在有机肥常量试验组,N、P、K复合肥减量20%、30%处理的果肉SSC分别达到16.1%、16.2%,果皮花色苷含量分别为126.80、125.13 mg/100 g,均显著高于对照;在有机肥增量试验组,N、P、K复合肥减施改善果实品质更为明显,N、P、K复合肥减量20%、30%、40%的3个处理果肉SSC均高于16.2%,果皮花色苷含量也显著高于有机肥常量组,减施提质效果显著。
A dwarf rootstock of apple SH5 was used as the test material to study the effect of decline of chemical fertilizer application and increase of organic fertilizer application in orchard on fruit quality under the condition of dwarf cultivation.The results showed that the decrease of NPK compound fertilizer significantly increased the SSC content and anthocyanin content of the fruit,decreased the chlorophyll content of the pericarp,and had no significant effect on the firmness of the pulp.In the constant organic fertilizer group,the SSC of pulp treated with NPK compound fertilizer reduced by 20%and 30%reached 16.1%and 16.2%,respectively,and the anthocyanin content of pericarp was 1.26,1.25 mg/g,respectively,which were significantly higher than the control.In the increment organic fertilizer group,the effect of reducing application of compound fertilizer on improving fruit quality was more obvious.The SSC of pulp treated with 20%-40%reduction of NPK compound fertilizer was higher than 16.2%,and the anthocyanin content of pericarp was also significantly higher than that of organic fertilizer constant group.
