摘要
【目的】明确矮化中间砧对苹果植株的砧木效应,进一步综合评价矮化中间砧对苹果果实功能性成分含量的影响。【方法】以山荆子上嫁接‘75-9-5’‘CX5’‘SH3’‘CG24’和‘MAC9’矮化中间砧并嫁接‘蜜脆’品种为处理,山荆子上嫁接‘蜜脆’品种为对照。调查、检测并统计矮化中间砧对‘蜜脆’苹果植株的砧木效应,并采用隶属函数法综合评价矮化中间砧对‘蜜脆’苹果果实功能性成分组成和含量的影响。【结果】不同矮化中间砧对‘蜜脆’苹果植株生长势影响差异显著,变异系数为11.29%~21.06%;显著提高短枝率的为‘CX5’和‘MAC9’;无大小脚现象的为‘SH3’和‘MAC9’;显著致矮的为‘75-9-5’;嫁接矮化中间砧的干周和冠径均小于对照;始果年龄均早于对照;其连续3 a的产量均高于对照。嫁接矮化中间砧显著影响了‘蜜脆’苹果果实功能性成分含量,其隶属函数较对照显著增加,表明矮化中间砧显著提高了‘蜜脆’苹果的果实功能性成分的含量。【结论】不同矮化中间砧对‘蜜脆’苹果植株生长势、结果习性及果实功能性成分含量的影响显著不同,尽管不同矮化中间砧对‘蜜脆’苹果果实功能性成分含量的影响互有高低,但其综合评价均优于对照,尤以‘MAC9’和‘CG24’的果实功能性成分含量综合评价最佳。
[Objective]Dwarfing interstocks have been used for high-density analysis with a dwarfing training system.While a lot of studies have been done on the effects on growth power,graft compatibility and bearing habits in dwarfing interstocks,the effects of dwarfing interstocks on functional ingredients are far from being completed.Therefore,based on the effects of interstocks on such main characteristics as growth power,graft compatibility,and yield,we analyzed the total sugar,acidity and the composition and content of polyphenols in apple fruit for dwarfing different interstocks.The purpose of our study is to further clarify the dwarfing effects of dwarfing interstocks,and then the comprehensive evaluation of the effects of dwarfing interstocks on functional ingredients in apples.This study is designed to provide a theoretical basis for the application of this manufacturing technique.[Methods]The '75-9-5','CX5','SH3','CG24' and 'MAC9' were grafted on the Malus baccata(L.)Borkh.in 2008,the 'Honeycrisp' was grafted on 5 interstocks mentioned above in 2009,and the self-root grafting Malus baccata(L.)Borkh as a control in 2009,the interstocks and control were planted in the spring of 2010.The bearing habits had been calculated for the 4 years since 2011,the long branch rate,middle branch rate,short branch rate,graft compatibility,stem diameter of ' Honeycrisp' /stem diameter of interstocks,stem diameter and grown diameter were measured in the fall of 2014,and the functional ingredients of the fruit were determined by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) in fruit ripening.The effects of dwarfing interstocks on functional ingredients in apples were evaluated on the basis of membership values of functional ingredients calculated by the method of membership function.[Results]There was a significant difference in growth power of the ' Honeycrisp' plant among different dwarfing interstocks,whose coefficient of variation were11.29%-21.06%;the short branch rates were significan
