摘要
选用平邑甜茶种子为试验材料,以5000、10000、15000 r/min 3个转速的超重力对其分别处理1、3、5 h,研究超重力处理对平邑甜茶种子的萌芽情况、幼苗形态、叶绿素含量以及过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性等生理指标的影响。结果表明,平邑甜茶种子发芽指标随着超重力的增加均呈现先增加后降低的趋势,在10000 r/min条件下处理3 h各发芽指标均达到最大;超重力处理会抑制幼苗的生长;与对照相比,超重力处理后,叶绿素a、叶绿素b及叶绿素含量均显著增加,在15000 r/min条件下处理5 h的叶绿素各含量最大,与其他处理差异均达到显著水平;重力处理条件下,POD活性均明显增强,SOD活性低于对照,但在一定的处理时间下,SOD活性随着超重力的增大呈现先降低后增加,处理组的CAT活性与对照相比,有增强也有降低,10000 r/min处理3 h的CAT活性最大,而在15000 r/min条件下处理5 h后活性最低。通过适当的超重力处理可以改善植物在逆境中的生存能力,并对植物光合速率和呼吸速率有一定的影响。
Malus hupehensis(Pamp.)Rehd seeds were selected as the test material,and treated with three gravity speeds of 5000,10000,15000 r/min for 1,3,5 h,respectively.The effects of hypergravity treatment on the germination,seedling shape,chlorophyll content,and physiological indexes were studied.The results showed that the germination index of Malus hupehensis(Pamp.)Rehd seeds increased first and then decreased with the increase of supergravity,and the seed germination index was the highest after 10000 r/min treatment for 3 h.Supergravity treatment inhibited the growth of Malus hupehensis(Pamp.)Rehd seedlings.Compared with the control group,the content of chlorophyll a,b and chlorophyll increased significantly after high gravity treatment.The chlorophyll content was the largest under the treatment of 15000 r/min for 5 h,and the difference from other treatments reached a significant level.Under the conditions of gravity treatment,the POD activity significantly enhanced,SOD activity was lower than the control,but under a certain treatment time,SOD activity decreased first and then increased with the increase of supergravity.Compared with the control group,the CAT activity of the treatment group enhanced and decreased.The CAT activity of the treatment group of 10000 r/min for 3 h was the highest,and the activity of treatment group was the lowest at 15000 r/min for 5 h.The experiment results show that appropriate supergravity treatment can improve the survival ability of plants in adversity,and have a certain impact on the photosynthetic rate and respiration rate of plants.
