摘要
在常压操作条件下,以乙醇-水为物系,通过正交实验,进行了超重力连续精馏的传质性能研究。考察了超重力因子(β)、原料流量(Q)、回流比(R)和气相动能因子(F)对超重力精馏装置传质性能的影响规律。正交实验数据处理结果表明:超重力装置的理论塔板数随超重力因子增加波动较大,随原料流量的增加而增大,随回流比的增大而变化不大,随气相动能因子的增大而降低;最佳操作条件为:超重力因子40、原料流量16 L/h、回流比1.2;在实验操作条件范围内,超重力装置的理论塔板高度在5.46~28.6 mm之间。传质模型与实验数据吻合较好。
