摘要 在常压、全回流操作条件下,以甲醇-水溶液为物系,研究了超重力场精馏过程中超重力因子、回流量、气相动能因子对超重力精馏装置传质性能和流体力学性能的影响规律;研究了转子结构对超重力精馏装置传质性能的影响。结果表明:在超重力场中,精馏过程存在最佳操作条件;转子结构对精馏装置的精馏性能有较大影响。应用最小二乘法建立了超重力装置精馏过程的传质模型与流体力模型。 Mass-transfer efficiency and hydrodynamics property of high gravity rotary device(Higee) for distillation were investigated in the operation parameters of different high-gravity factor,reflux,gas kinetic factor system with methanol/water solution at the atmospheric pressure and total reflux;the effects of mass-transfer efficiency of Higee on rotor's construct were studied too.The conclusions showed:①There were optimal operation parameters for Higee in distillation;②the effects of rotor's construction on mass-transfer efficiency of Higee was important.③two correlations for the number of theoretical plate and gas pressure drop of Higee in distillation were established with the least square method.
