摘要
目的了解儿科医护人员职业压力管理现状及存在的主要问题。方法采用目的抽样法,于2019年3月选取重庆医科大学附属儿童医院管理岗位和临床一线医护人员各8名为研究对象。采用半结构式访谈的方法收集资料,并将访谈资料进行转录、整理和分析。结果提炼4个主题:主题1为不同工作阶段职业压力的主要来源不同;主题2为职业压力需要及早识别和专业疏导;主题3为临床工作忙碌是制约医院职业压力管理措施落实的主要因素;主题4为医护人员职业压力的管理需要多部门协同配合。其中主题1包括3个次级主题:专业技能不成熟是工作初期职业压力的主要来源;职业停滞是工作稳定期职业压力的主要来源;儿科诊疗护理难度大是整个职业生涯持续存在的压力来源。结论医院相关管理部门要了解医护人员职业压力来源及管理现状,制订科学、有效的压力管理方案,帮助临床一线医护人员正确应对职业压力。
Objective To understand the status and main problems of occupational stress management in pediatric medical workers.Methods Eight managers and eight front-line clinical staff in the Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were selected by purposive sampling in March 2019.The data was collected from semi-structured interviews and then transcribed and collated for analysis.Results A total of 4 topics were extracted.1:Occupational stress came from different sources at different work stages;2:Early identification and professional counseling were required for occupational stress;3:Busy clinical work was the main constraint for the execution of occupational stress management in hospitals;4:The management of occupational stress in medical workers required multi-sectoral cooperation.Among them,topic 1 consisted of 3 subtopics:occupational stress at the early stage of work was mainly due to immature professional skills;occupational stress at the stable stage of work was mainly due to career stagnation;difficult pediatric diagnosis,treatment and nursing were continuous sources of stress throughout the career.Conclusion The relevant management departments in the hospitals should understand the source and management status of occupational stress in medical workers and formulate a scientific and effective stress management plan,so as to help front-line clinical staff to deal with occupational stress properly.
