摘要
针对靛蓝染料水浴染色上染率低,需多次浸轧染色才能获得较高得色量的问题,研究靛蓝染料在不同黏度液体石蜡和十甲基环五硅氧烷(D5)介质中的染色性能,比较了靛蓝染料在不同非水介质染色体系中对棉纤维的一次染深效果和染色牢度,并应用SEM、FTIR、XRD等研究了非水介质染色对棉纤维结构的影响。结果表明:在表观得色量(K/S值)、上染率、耐摩擦色牢度和耐日晒色牢度等方面,高黏度液体石蜡介质染色的棉纤维相对最优,在色光、耐皂洗色牢度、表观形貌、化学结构和结晶度等方面,各非水介质染色棉纤维间无明显差异,以液体石蜡和D5为非水介质的靛蓝染料染色均能实现棉纤维一次染深,且色光纯正、色牢度好、棉纤维无明显损伤。
In view of the problem that indigo dyes in aqueous solution had low dye uptake and needed to be dipped and dyed for many times to obtain high color yield,the dyeing properties of indigo dyes in different viscosity liquid paraffin and decamethylcyclopentasiloxane(D5)medium were investigated.The one-time dye⁃ing depth and color fastness of indigo dye on cotton fiber in different non-aqueous dyeing systems was com⁃pared,and the effect of non-aqueous dyeing on cotton fiber structure was studied by SEM,FTIR and XRD.The results showed that in the aspects of apparent color yield(K/S value),dye uptake,color fastness to rub⁃bing and sunlight,the cotton fiber dyed in high viscosity liquid paraffin medium was the best,while in the as⁃pects of color light,color fastness to soaping,appearance,chemical structure and crystallinity,there was no significant difference among the cotton fibers dyed in non-aqueous medium.Dyeing cotton fiber with indigo dye in liquid paraffin and in D5 as non-aqueous medium could achieve one-time deep dyeing,and the color light was pure,the color fastness was good,and the cotton fiber had no obvious damage.
