棉织物植物靛蓝/D5体系染色工艺

Dyeing process of cotton fabric with plant indigo/decamethylcyclopentasiloxane system

摘要 为解决植物靛蓝染料染棉织物时,单次上染颜色较浅,且染色过程中产生大量废水的问题,采用十甲基环五硅氧烷(D5)作为非水介质进行染色。通过单因子试验,探讨了各染色工艺参数对表观深度(K/S)值的影响,再用正交试验对染色工艺进行优化。结果表明:最优工艺为还原温度60℃,染色时间60 min,染色温度30℃,氢氧化钠质量浓度50 g/L,保险粉质量浓度140 g/L。此时植物靛蓝/D5体系染色棉织物的K/S值为12.95,高于常规水浴染色,其干、湿摩擦色牢度为4~5级和3级,与常规水浴染色相近,证明这是一种有效的无水介质靛蓝染色棉织物方法。 In order to solve the problems of light color and a large amount of waste water when dyeing cotton fabric with plant indigo,decamethylcyclopentasiloxane(D5)is used as a non-aqueous dyeing medium.The effect of dyeing process on K/S value is discussed through single-factor experiments,and the dyeing process is optimized by orthogonal experiments.The results show that the optimum process is dye reduction at 60℃and then dyeing at 30℃for 60 min with sodium hydroxide of 50 g/L and insurance powder of 140 g/L.The K/S value of cotton dyeings with the plant indigo/D5 system can reach 12.95,which is significantly higher than that of conventional water bath dyeing.The dry and wet rubbing color fastness is 4~5 and 3,which is similar to that of conventional water bath dyeing.The system proves to be an effective method of indigo cotton dyeing in an anhydrous medium.
