摘要
以国内某300 kt/a正构烷烃异构化装置为研究对象进行能耗分析可知,装置能耗中蒸汽占比最大,主要用汽点集中在稳定-分离单元的稳定塔和脱异己烷塔。采用Aspen HYSYS软件建立了可反映实际工况的异构化全流程模型,包括原料预处理、异构化反应、稳定-分离等单元,并使用该模型分析了稳定塔和脱异己烷塔的操作参数与产品质量及能耗的关系,提出了节能优化方案。分析结果表明,通过控制脱异己烷塔的侧线循环量可保证产品辛烷值,循环量过高会导致稳定-分离单元能耗较高,建议脱异己烷塔侧线循环量由10.47 t/h调整至9.0 t/h,每年可节约能耗(折合为标准燃料油)1.53 kg/t。
This paper takes a 300 kt/a domestic paraffin isomerization process unit as a research object,and the energy consumption analysis shows that steam accounted for the largest,which was used mainly by the stabilization column and de-iso-hexane column.Based on Aspen HYSYS simulation software,the isomerization process model is built,which includes the the raw material pretreatment unit,isomerization reactor unit,and stabilization-separation unit.The effect between stabilization/de-iso-hexane column operating parameters and product quality,energy consumption is analyzed.The result shows that the product octane number can be improved by optimizing side-line flowrate of de-iso-hexane column,the bigger the flowrate is,the higher the separation unit energy consumption is.The energy-saving plan indicates that reducing the recycle flowrate from 10.47 t/h to 9.0 t/h,the energy consumption(converted to standard fuel oil)will decrease 1.53 kg/t.
