摘要
空气压缩机是一种利用电动机将气体在压缩腔内进行压缩并使压缩的气体具有一定压力的设备,在工业生产中有着广泛的用途。然而目前国内空压机的用能管理情况不容乐观,本文分析了几种传统的空压机节能方法,并在此基础上与使用节能系统对空压机进行分析控制的情况进行了对比,分析了使用节能系统对空压机进行能耗管理的优势。
Air compressor is an equipment that uses electric motor to compress gas in compression chamber and make compressed gas have certa in pressure,which widely used in in dustrial production.However,the currentsituation of air compressor energymanagement domestic is not optimistic,this paper analyzes several traditi onal en ergy-savi ng methods of air compressor,and on this basis,compared with the analysis and control of air compressor with energy-saving system,and analyze the advantages of energy saving system in energy using man ageme nt of air compressor.
