摘要
健康信息素养形成和培养于日常,其水平高低表现于生命与健康受到威胁的生活应激状态。传统中国没有健康信息素养与健康信息教育之说,但却有读书人以书籍为中心,儒而通医、儒而兼医的文化现象,在疫病流行之际,文人群体也积极应用健康信息参与社会救治。探讨明清疫病医籍序跋中的健康信息素养表现及其背后的驱动因素,可为图书馆基于传统文化开展健康信息素养服务提供理论资源和实践参考。
Health information literacy is formed and cultivated in daily life,and its level is manifested in the life stress state when life and health are threatened.There was no theory of health information literacy and health information education in ancient Chinese medicine.But many scholars knew the medical treatment due to they were all bookcentered,which formed a cultural phenomenon.At the time of the epidemic,the scholars participated in social treatment by using health information.Exploring the manifestation and driving factors of health information literacy in the preface and postscript of epidemic disease books in the Ming and Qing dynasties can provide theoretical resources and practical references for the library to develop health information literacy services based on the traditional culture.
