“我们”的孩子:社会资本与早期教育公平——兼评罗伯特·帕特南《我们的孩子》

摘要 早期教育公平问题作为海内外社会政策研究热点,已经得到国内社会各界广泛关注。无独有偶,帕特南《我们的孩子》,在承继社会资本理论领域既有研究成果的基础上,针对美国梦危机产生原因和破局之道提出创见。他注意到教育公平问题同"美国梦"实现、真正惠及"我们的孩子"及其家庭息息相关。其中,早期教育公平便是该问题的重要一环。帕特南在研究中对教育公平和社会资本构建之间的关系尤为重视,结合案例研究和社会统计数据,他认为社会资本实现良性循环对保障教育公平、实现社会公平正义十分重要。伴随国内有关政策的出台,结合对《我们的孩子》的创见、有关社会实践调研及研究文献的反思,我们尝试从"非营利"视角来探索治理我国早期教育公平问题的策略。 As a hotspot of social policy research at home and abroad,the issue of fairness in early education has been widely concerned by the domestic society.Coincidentally,on the basis of the existing research results in the field of social capital theory,Putnam proposed a new vision for the causes and solutions of the American dream crisis.He noted that the issue of educational equity is closely related to whether the American dream can be realized and whether it can really benefit"our children"and their families.Significantly,early education fairness is an important part of the issue.In his research,Putnam paid attention to the relationship between educational equity and social capital construction.Combining case studies and social statistics,he believes that whether social capital can achieve a virtuous circle is very important to ensure education equity and achieve social fairness and justice.The introduction of relevant domestic policies,combined with reflections on this book’s original ideas,relevant social surveys and research literature reviews,strategies to promote fairness of early education at home from the"non-profit"perspective can be generalized.
