摘要 准确性和重复性是水流量检测试验器最重要的性能指标。为提高试验器的检测精度,以某航空叶片水流量检测试验器为研究对象,在分析其工作原理和电动调压阀性能的基础上,采用模糊PID控制器,配合遗传算法对控制器参数进行优化。提高水流量试验器压力和流量的双稳定性,并确保叶片流量检测结果准确性和系统重复性满足测量要求。经与常规控制算法仿真结果比较以及大量实验结果对比表明,叶片流量测量准确性误差小于±0.2%,系统重复性误差小于±0.5%,远高于实际测量要求精度。 Accuracy and repeatability are the most important performance indicators for water flow test machine. In order to improve the accuracy of the machine, an aviation blade water flow machine is used as the research object. Based on the analysis of its operational principle and the performance of the electric pressure regulating valve, fuzzy PID controller is used with genetic algorithm to optimize the controller parameters. Improve the stability of the pressure and flow of the water flow machine, and ensure the accuracy and system repeatability of the test results to meet the engineering requirements. Compared with the simulation results of conventional control algorithm and experiment, the blade flow measurement accuracy is less than ± 0.2%, and the system repeatability error is less than ± 0.5%, which is much higher than the actual measurement requirements.
