摘要
地方政府在经济新常态下对县域经济的发展高度关注,而发展县域经济更是实现经济高质量发展的重要举措之一。本文从省级政府的角度,对其促进县域经济发展的财政政策进行理论分析,旨在厘清促进县域经济发展的原因,为省级政府制定财政政策、促进县域经济发展提供理论基础,为促进县域经济发展提出政策建议。
With economy entering the new economic normal,local governments pay great attention to the development of county economy,which is one of the important measures to achieve high-quality economic development.From the perspective of provincial governments,this paper makes a theoretical analysis of its fiscal policies to promote county economic development,aiming at clarifying the reasons for promoting county economic development,and providing a theoretical basis for provincial governments to formulate fiscal policies.Finally,this paper provides the relative policy recommendations.
