摘要
为了顺利完成矿井“机械化换人、自动化减人”的目标,完善安全科技保障能力,针对目前的智能化综采技术中的问题,在简述国内外自动化、智能化综采技术发展过程基础上,结合铁法能源公司小青矿中厚煤层智能化无人综采技术的成功实践经验,研究了小青矿智能采煤工作面的三大核心技术与四项关键技术,分析了当前小青矿中厚煤层智能化无人综采技术应用中存在的问题,有针对性地提出未来智能综合采矿技术的研究重点和创新发展方向。分析认为,目前智能化开采已经在向智能化开采3.0阶段过渡,在管理理念、投入、研发队伍建设等方面仍需下大力气。随着各种先进技术的逐步推广应用,对智能采矿下一阶段目标的实现进行了展望。
In order to successfully complete the mine′s goal of"mechanization substitution and automation reduction"and improve the safety technology guarantee capabilities,in view of the current problems in the current intelligent fully-mechanized mining technology,which was based on a brief description of the development process of domestic and international automation and intelligent fully-mechanized mining technology,it was combined with the successful practical experience of intelligent unmanned fully-mechanized mining technology for medium and thick seams in Xiaoqing Mine of Tiefa Coal Industry(Group)Co.,Ltd.,which was studied the three core technologies and four key technologies of the intelligent coal mining face of Xiaoqing Mine,and analyzed the problems in the application of intelligent unmanned fully-mechanized mining technology for medium and thick coal seams,and the research focus and innovative development direction of future intelligent integrated mining technology were pointed out.The analysis believed that the current intelligent mining had been transitioning to the 3.0 phase of intelligent mining,and great efforts were still needed in terms of management concepts,investment,and R&D team building.With the gradual promotion and application of various advanced technologies,the realization of the next stage of intelligent mining was expected.
