摘要
为探究企业社会责任下黄河流域高质量发展的影响因素,给政府和企业在黄河流域高质量发展进程中施策提供参考,在前人研究基础上从经济发展、文化传承、创新驱动、民生改善、生态环境保护5个维度,选取企业社会责任下黄河流域高质量发展的10项影响因素,利用ISM模型和MICMAC方法进行层级划分及关联强度分析,揭示了企业社会责任下黄河流域高质量发展的直接影响因素、间接影响因素与根本因素的层次脉络。结果表明,10个影响因素可分为4个层级:第一层级影响因素有稳定发展、慈善事业、生态环境保护,它们是黄河流域高质量发展的直接影响因素,也是黄河流域高质量发展进程中政策制定者的政府最为关注的因素;第二层级影响因素有产品和服务质量、创新产出,第三层级的影响因素有创新投入、创新激励、职工保障,这2个层级属间接影响因素,起承上启下的作用,是作为政府政策践行者的企业较为注重的因素;第四层级的影响因素有守法诚信、文化建设,是深层次的根本影响因素,也是作为政府政策践行者的企业最关注的因素。对黄河流域高质量发展进程中政府施策、企业践行及社会团体调节提出了相关建议。
In order to explore the influencing factors of the high⁃quality development of the Yellow River basin under corporate social responsi⁃bility and provide references for the government and enterprises to implement policies in the process of high⁃quality development in the Yellow River basin,this paper selected ten factors affecting the high⁃quality development of the Yellow River basin under corporate social responsi⁃bility on the basis of predecessors’research from economic development,cultural inheritance,innovation drive,the improvement of people’s livelihood and ecological environment protection.Then,it used the ISM model and MICMAC method to carry out hierarchical division and correlation strength analysis,revealing the hierarchy of direct factors,indirect factors and fundamental factors.The results show that the ten influencing factors can be divided into four levels.The first level includes stable development,charity,and ecological environment protec⁃tion,the three factors are the direct influencing factors and the factors that the government of policy makers pay most attention to;the second⁃level influencing factors include product and service quality,innovation output,and the third⁃level influencing factors include innovation in⁃put and innovation incentives and employee security.These two levels are indirect influencing factors,which play a role in linking with the previous and the next,and are the factors that enterprises as practitioners of the government policies pay more attention to;the fourth level includes law⁃abiding integrity and cultural construction,which are the deep roots influencing factors and also the primary concern of enterpri⁃ses as practitioners of the government policies.In the end,it put forward relevant suggestions on government policy,enterprise implementa⁃tion and social organization adjustment in the process of high⁃quality development of the Yellow River basin.
