摘要
【目的】研究3株生防细菌菌株间的亲和性及不同菌株复配组合对苹果树腐烂病菌的抑菌活性.【方法】采用对峙培养法,测定枯草芽孢杆菌B1、解淀粉芽孢杆菌TS-1203和多粘类芽孢杆菌FS-1206间的亲和性;采用菌丝生长速率法,测定3种生防细菌及其复配对苹果树腐烂病菌的抑制率;采用比浊法,测定B1、FS-1206及B1与FS-1206复配后的生长曲线.【结果】B1与FS-1206菌株间有较好的亲和性;单一生防细菌发酵菌液中B1对苹果树腐烂病菌抑菌率最高,为80.41%;复配组合中,当亲和性菌株组合B1与FS-1206复配且比例为2∶1时,其发酵菌液抑菌率达86.64%,抑菌效果显著优于单一生防细菌及其他复配组合;3种菌液中菌株生长规律相似,处于菌株生长稳定期时,B1与FS-1206复配菌液D 600值高于单一菌株菌液.【结论】生防细菌B1与FS-1206亲和性良好且种子液以2∶1复配时,其复配发酵菌液对苹果树腐烂病菌抑菌活性最高.
【Objective】To study the affinity among three biocontrol bacteria strains and the antibacterial activity of different strain combinations against Valsa mali.【Method】The affinity of Bacillus subtilis B1,Bacillus amyloliquefaciens TS-1203 and Paenibacillus polymyxa FS-1206 was determined by confrontation culture method.The inhibition rate of three biocontrol bacteria and their combinations on apple tree rot pathogens was determined by mycelium growth rate method.The growth curves of B1,FS-1206 and the combination of B1 and FS-1206 were determined by turbidimetry.【Result】B1 and FS-1206 strains showed a good affinity.Among single biocontrol bacterial fermentation broth,the inhibit rate of B1 against Valsa mali was the highest(80.41%).And the inhibit rate of combination of B1 and FS-1206(2∶1)was the highest(86.64%)among all treatments.The growth rules of the strains in three bacterial solutions were similar.When the strains were in a stable growth period,the D 600 value of B1 and FS-1206 combination was higher than that of the single bacterial solution.【Conclusion】Biocontrol bacterium B.subtilis B1 has good affinity with P.polymyxa FS-1206 and their mixed fermentation bacterial solution has the highest antibacterial activity against V.mali when mixed at a ratio of 2∶1.
