摘要
以某矿用车驾驶室为研究对象,通过构建有限元分析模型,对驾驶室进行数值模态分析,获取表征动态特性的数值模态参数值。针对驾驶室一阶整体扭转频率与发动机怠速爆发频率值接近的问题,对驾驶室灵敏度较高构件进行以板厚为基础的尺寸结构优化。通过优化提升驾驶室振动舒适性及安全可靠性。
The subject of this paper is one mine truck cab.Numerical modal analysis is conducted by finite element analysis model.Parameter values representing dynamic characteristics can also be obtained.For the issue that first overall torsional frequency was close to engine idle frequency which resulted vibration of the cab.Structure optimization based on plate thickness of sensitive components is discussed in this paper to solve the problem.Vibration comfort and safety reliability can be improved by optimization.
