摘要
文章以某公交车车架为研究对象,在solidworks中建立三维实体模型,然后导入Hypymesh中建立有限元模型,进行车身静强度分析。分析结果显示,该公交车车架的静强度后右轮扭转工况应力最大,非常接近车架材料的屈服极限,安全系数偏低,可考虑对此处结构进行改进。可见对车身预先进行静强度分析,可以有效避免各工况下由于车身强度不足而导致的车辆受损。
Taking a bus frame as the research object,build 3D solid models on solidworks,then import Hypymesh to establish finite element model and carry out static strength analysis.Results show that the stress of the right wheel torsion condition after the static strength of the bus frame is the largest,which is very close to the yield limit of the frame material,and the safety factor is low.Therefore,it can be considered to improve the structure at this point.the static strength analysis in advance can effectively avoid the vehicle damage caused by the insufficient strength of the vehicle body under various working conditions.
