摘要
目的:了解“00”后大学新生对结核病的认知、态度和健康教育需求现状,为优化高校结核病健康教育工作提供参考。方法:采用分层整群随机抽样法,选取广西某医学院校2019年9月新入校的“00”后本科生进行现场问卷调查。结果:共发放问卷587份,回收有效问卷583份,有效问卷率99.3%(583/587)。在对5条结核病相关知识的认知中,知晓结核病好发部位的占94.5%;知晓结核病防治日、病原体及相关政策的占34.5%~57.1%。在对8条结核病防治核心知识的认知中,知晓结核病常规预防措施的占78.6~88.7%;知晓结核病传染性、可疑症状及是否能治愈的占47.5~68.1%;对核心知识的全部知晓率为14.9%,且不同类别大学新生的核心知识全部知晓率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。96.4%和96.9%大学新生愿意学习和向别人讲述结核病防治知识。大学新生对“网站、微博、微信”宣教形式接受意愿为63.5%。结论:“00”后大学新生对结核病相关知识的认知水平较低;对学习和传播结核病防治知识的意愿较高;对网络平台宣教形式最欢迎。建议高校结合新时代大学生行为特征进行精准健康教育,注重线上线下教育的有机结合及效果评估。
Objective:To understand the cognition,attitude and demand for health education of tuberculosis among freshmen born after 2000,so as to provide references for optimizing tuberculosis health education in colleges and universities.Methods:By using the method of stratified cluster random sampling,the undergraduates born after 2000 of a medical college in Guangxi in September 2019 were selected to conduct an on-the-spot questionnaire survey.Results:A total of 587 questionnaires were given out,and 583 valid questionnaires were recovered,with a valid questionnaire rate of 99.3%(583/587).Among the 5 pieces of tuberculosis knowledge,94.5%knew the primary site of tuberculosis,and 34.5%to 57.1%knew the date of tuberculosis prevention andtreatment,pathogens and related policies.Among the 8 pieces of core knowledge of tuberculosis prevention and treatment,78.6%to 88.7%knew about routine preventive measures.47.5%to 68.1%knew about tuberculosis infectivity,suspicious symptoms and whether it could be cured.14.9%knew all about core knowledge.There was no significant difference in the total awareness rate of core knowledge among different types of college freshmen(P>0.05).96.4%and 96.9%freshmen were willing to learn and tell others about tuberculosis prevention and treatment.63.5%were willing to accept the forms of publicity and education such as“website,Weibo,Wechat”.Conclusion:Freshmen born after 2000 have a low level of awareness of tuberculosis-related knowledge,have a high willingness to learn and spread tuberculosis prevention and treatment knowledge,and are most welcome to the form of education on the network platform.It is suggested that colleges and universities should carry out accurate health education according to the behavioral characteristics of college students in the new era,and pay attention to the effective combination and effect evaluation of online and offline education.
