住院医师规范化培训的教学需求调查分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的调查住院医师(内科、儿科、全科)规范化培训的教学需求,指导教师针对个体提高培养质量。方法对同一医院内科、儿科及全科基地学员进行问卷调查。内容包括:临床诊疗与操作技能学习、科研技能学习需求和医技科室选择偏好3方面。并对学员的性别、年龄、教育背景、所在规培基地、年级等因素进行量化比较。结果共纳入3个基地的77名学员(其中内科30名、儿科36名、全科11名)。量化结果显示,相比于内科、儿科基地学员,全科学员较少选择某种疾病的诊疗进展;相比非在读研究生,在读研究生学员更倾向于选择科研论文撰写发表及课题基金申请、统计学方法与制表制图;相比未拿到执业医师证的学员,已获得执业医师证的学员更倾向于选择学习某种疾病的诊疗进展,而较少选择医患沟通技能、操作视频与局部解剖讲解;女性学员比男性更倾向于选择投稿技巧与杂志选择。学员的年龄段与选择某种疾病的诊疗进展、科研设计与立项呈正相关。结论不同年级、不同基地、已获得的最高学历、是否获得执业医师证、是否为读研究生、所处年龄段、甚至性别等都是影响规培学员教学需求的因素。 Objective To investigate the instructional needs for standardized training of residents(internal medicine,pediatrics and general medicine),and instruct teachers to improve training quality for individuals.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in residents of internal medicine,pediatrics and general medicine bases in the same hospital.The content mainly included 3 aspects:learning needs of clinical diagnosis-treatment kills and research skills,and choice preference of medical technology departments.The gender,age,educational background,standardized training bases,and grades were quantitatively compared in the residents.Results A total of 77 residents from 3 bases(30 in internal medicine base,36 in pediatrics base,and 11 in general medicine base)were enrolled.The results of quantitative comparison showed that less residents in general medicine base selected the diagnosis and treatment progress for certain diseases compared those in internal medicine base and pediatrics base.Compared with non-graduate residents,graduate residents tended to choose the writing and publishing of scientific research papers,project funding application,statistical methods and tabulation.Compared with the residents who did not obtain certificates of medical practitioner,those who obtained the certificates preferred to learn the progress of diagnosis and treatment for some certain diseases,rather than choose doctor-patient communication skills,video operation and regional anatomy explanations.Female residents tended to choose contribution skills and journal selection compared with male residents.There were positively correlation between age and the choosing to learn the progress of diagnosis and treatment for some certain diseases,and scientific research design and project establishment.Conclusion Different grades,training bases,obtained the highest academic qualifications,whether to obtain certificates of medical practitioner,whether to be a graduate student,age,and even gender all can be the factors influencing on instructional nee
