摘要
受制于有限的机载航电设备功率预算,本文介绍了一种基于MOSFET的机载FC接口单元开关电路的设计方案,结合主机应用需求,给出了系统架构,并分别详细阐述了FC接口、PCIE接口和具有短路保护功能开关电路的设计。测试验证和工程应用表明,该机载FC接口单元和开关电路的各项性能指标均满足系统要求。
Subject to limited power budget,the design of Switch Circuit in FC interface Module based on MOSFET is introduced in this paper,combined with the application requirements,the system architecture are presented including FC interface,PCIE interface,switch circuit with short circuit protection function.The test and engineering application show that all the performance indexes of the FC interface unit and switch circuitmeet the requirements of the system.
