基于DS100MB203的高速信号开关电路设计

摘要 随着电子技术的发展,高速信号应用越来越广泛。当一路高速信号需要同时连接到不止一台设备时,需要开关切换电路。传统的开关芯片支持的信号传输速率较低,达不到高速信号传输要求。因此,提出了一种基于DS100MB203芯片的高速信号切换电路,最高支持数据传输速率可达10.3125 Gb/s。在高速信号传输过程中,由于趋肤效应、介质损耗等作用,易导致信号畸变。此高速信号切换电路同时具有去加重和均衡器的功能,能够较好地改善信号传输质量。 With the development of electronic technology,the application of high-speed signals is more and more extensive.When a high-speed signal needs to be connected to more than one device at the same time,a switching circuit needs to be switched.The signal transmission rate supported by the traditional switch chip is relatively low and cannot meet the requirements of high-speed signal transmission.This paper presents a high-speed signal switching circuit based on DS100MB203 chip,with the highest supporting data transmission rate of 10.3125Gb/s.In the process of high-speed signal transmission,signal distortion is caused by skin effect and dielectric loss.The high-speed signal switching circuit proposed in this paper has the functions of de-emphasis and equalizer,which can better improve the signal transmission quality.
