100×10^4 t/a加氢裂化分馏部分操作与节能增效 被引量:1

摘要 探讨了100×10^4 t/a加氢裂化分馏部分主要塔操作,在正常处理量及降低处理量时,如何调整。通过对比,提高低分油进T8201温度1℃,高压空冷电机节约电能22 kw·h/h;降低T8201汽提蒸汽量,能保证硫化氢完全脱出,节约汽提蒸汽0.3 t/h,全年8400 h可节约2520 t;航煤T8203抽出阀每增加1%,航煤抽出量即增加0.5 t/h,全年多产4200 t。 This paper discussed how to adjust the treatment capacity of the main columns of 100×10^4 t/a hydrocracking fractionation under the normal and low conditions.By comparison,by increasing temperature at 1℃of the low boiling point oil to T8201,the high-voltage air-cooled motor can save 22 kW•h/h;By reducing the stripping steam amount of T8201,hydrogen sulfide can be completely removed,and 0.3 t/h of steam can be saved,i.e.2,520 t can be saved for a whole year at 8,400 h.For every 1%increase of jet fuel T8203 extraction valve,the jet fuel extraction volume can be increased by 0.5 t/h and added about 4,200 t for whole year.
