摘要
通过对某化工厂酸性水汽提装置提出改造方案,将原单塔低压汽提工艺改造成双塔加压汽提工艺,并进行工艺模拟计算及分析。装置改造后在保证净化水达标的同时生产粗气氨和高浓度硫化氢气体,在提高装置环境保护能力的同时也实现了资源的循环利用。
Put forward the reform plan of the sour water stripping device of a chemical plant. Change the low pressure single stripper process into the high pressure twin strippers process,make the process simulation calculation and analysis. After the technological transformation,the sour water stripper unit ensures water purification standard,as well as produces ammonia gas and hydrogen sulfide. While improving the environmental protection capability of the device,it also realizes the recycling of resources.
