介绍了惠州石化酸性水汽提装置经不断地改造和优化,实现了长周期稳定运行。运行中,技术人员通过增加分液罐和管线扩径解决了富氨气管线和氨冷却器频繁冲刷腐蚀内漏的问题;通过增加换热器备台和改进换热器的清理方式解决了换热器效率降低的问题;通过优化加氢系列操作参数和改造回流泵为磁力耦合器连接,缓解了回流泵的冲刷腐蚀问题;而且增设除臭系统解决了恶臭气破封后污染现场环境的问题。技术人员使用质量分数为8%废碱替代新鲜碱液,为脱氨塔加碱,平均减少新鲜碱液用量360 t/a,为公司节省费用570万元/a。
The long period stable operation after transformation and optimization of the sour water stripping unit was introduced. Inthe operation, by introducing a tank and expanding the pipeline diameter, the problem of internal leakage due to erosion-corrosion ofthe ammonia-rich pipeline and the ammonia cooler was solved; by increasing the number of the preparatory heaters and improving themanners of cleaning up of the heaters, the heat exchange efficiency was increased; by optimizing the operation parameters in the hydro-genation unit and reforming the linkage type of the reflux pump into the magnetic coupling linkage, the erosion-corrosion of the pumpwas reduced; by utilizing the deodorization system, the potential environmental pollution after the breaking of the odor was eliminated.The technicians cut down an average usage of 360 t/ a of fresh alkali liquor and saved cost of 5. 7 million yuan/ a for the companythrough replacing the fresh alkali liquor with the 8%(wt) waste alkali liquor as the feeding of the deammoniated column.
