三峡船闸输水系统混凝土进度综合分析及动态管理 被引量:1

摘要 三峡船闸是实现三峡枢纽工程2003年初期蓄水发电目标的关键性骨干工程,其复杂的地下输水系统是控制船闸按期安全投产的关键。在建设过程中的2000年11月,船闸地下工程的平洞、斜井与竖井混凝土的完工时间制约着地面闸室底板第一分流口混凝土完工,各级输水平洞封堵及船闸有水调试开始时间。地下输水系统混凝土工程成为三峡船闸的关键工程。根据工程进展情况,分析了三峡船闸总进度计划及控制性目标,从地下输水系统结构设计、施工顺序、单元工期出发,结合混凝土施工技术、滑模技术创新等进行综合分析,制定了输水系统混凝土施工综合技术,同时利用三峡船闸混凝土工程空间信息系统建立的三维地形地质和结构模型,开展混凝土施工进度计划的动态管理及工程量的动态复核计量,有效地指导输水系统混凝土以及后续工程的建设,保证了船闸总体目标的实现及工程建设的高质量。 The ship lock of Three Gorges Project is a critical project to achieve the early goal of water storage and power generation in 2003,and its complex underground water conveyance system is the key to control the ship lock to be put into operation safely on schedule.During the construction process in November 2000,the completion time of concrete for the flat hole,inclined shaft and vertical shaft of ship lock underground project restricts the completion time of the first diversion port of ground lock chamber floor,the blocking time of horizontal tunnels at all levels and the start time of water debugging of ship lock.The concrete project of the underground water conveyance system has become the key project of Three Gorges ship lock.According to the progress of the project,the overall schedule and control objectives of Three Gorges ship lock are analyzed.Based on the structural design,construction sequence and unit construction period of the underground water conveyance system,combined with concrete construction technology and slipform technology innovation,the comprehensive concrete construction technology of the water conveyance system is formulated.At the same time,the 3D topographic geological and structural model established by Three Gorges ship lock concrete engineering spatial information system is used to dynamically manage concrete construction schedule and review and measure engineering quantities.These technologies effectively guide the concrete construction of the water conveyance system and follow-up projects,also ensure the realization of the overall goal of ship lock and the high quality of project construction.
