摘要
建立了一种色素的高效液相色谱检测方法,并研究了色素检测过程中的不同试剂试药对色素回收率的影响。洗脱溶液采用甲醇,解析溶液采用乙醇∶氨水溶液∶水=60∶30∶10,可以同时检测赤藓红色素和胭脂红等6种色素,该条件下,胭脂红回收率91.9%,日落黄回收率94.2%,赤藓红回收率92.6%。
A HPLC method for the determination of edible pigments,and the effect of different reagent on the recovery rate of pigment extraction was studied.The washing solution uses methanol,the analytical solution uses ethanol∶aqueous solution of ammonia∶water=60∶30∶10,erythrosine and six pigment such as carmine could be detected at the same time,under this conditions,the recovery rate of carmine was 91.9%,recovery rate of sunset yellow was 94.2%,recovery rate of erythrosine was 92.6%.
