磺化聚砜共混纳滤膜的制备及染料脱色性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用相转化法将聚醚砜(PES)和磺化聚砜(SPSf)共混制备纳滤膜,考察了这2种材料的共混比、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP k30)和氯化锂(LiCl)含量、空气中的挥发时间对膜的脱色和脱盐性能研究及水通量变化情况。结果表明,PES和SPSf有一定的相容性,PVP k30和LiCl含量的变化以及膜片放置在空气中的挥发时间都会对膜性能产生一定的影响。当PES、SPSf的质量比为18/7,PVP k30、LiCl的质量分数分别为5%、1%,且在成膜后在空气中的挥发时间为10 s时,对几种染料的截留效果为好,刚果红、甲基蓝、日落黄的截留率分别高达99.8%、93.5%、57.9%,平均水通量可达324 L/(m^2·h)。 Polyethersulfone(PES)and sulfonated polysulfone(SPSf)were blended by phase transformation to prepare nanofiltration membrane.The blending ratio of two kinds of materials,the content of polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP k30)and lithium chloride(LiCl),and volatilization time in air were investigated for the decolorization,desalination performance and the change of water flux of the membrane.The results showed that PES and SPSf had certain compatibility,and the changes of the content of PVP k30 and LiCl as well as the volatilization time in air of the membrane would have a certain influence on the membrane performance.When the mass ratio of PES and SPSf was 18/7,mass fraction of PVP k30 and LiCl was 5%and 1%respectively,and the volatilization time in air of the membrane was 10 s,the membrane had the better rejection effect on several dyes,the rejection rates of congo red,methyl blue,and sunset yellow were as high as 99.8%,93.5%,and 57.9%,respectively,and the average water flux could reach 324 L/(m^2·h).
