Li^+掺杂对Ba(Mg 1/3 Nb 2/3)O 3∶Er^3+荧光粉上转换发光性能的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Li^+Doping on Up-Conversion Luminescence Properties of Ba(Mg1/3 Nb2/3)O3∶Er^3+Phosphors

摘要 采用溶胶凝胶法制备Li^+掺杂Ba(Mg 1/3 Nb 2/3)O 3∶Er^3+荧光粉,研究了碱金属离子掺杂对Ba(Mg 1/3 Nb 2/3)O 3∶Er^3+荧光粉物相结构及发光特性的影响。结果表明:Li^+的引入弥补了空位缺陷,提高了稀土离子之间的能量传递效率;同时降低结构对称性,提高Er^3+的4 f能级跃迁概率;并且提高了荧光粉的结晶度。Li^+掺杂提高了Ba(Mg 1/3 Nb 2/3)O 3∶Er^3+荧光粉的上转换发光强度,当Li^+掺杂浓度为3%(摩尔分数)时,上转换发光强度最高增强了4倍。 Ba(Mg 1/3 Nb 2/3)O 3(BMN)∶Er^3+,Li^+phosphors were prepared by sol-gel method.The effects of alkali metal ion doping on the phase structure and luminescence properties of BMN∶Er^3+phosphors were studied.The results show that the introduction of Li^+eliminates the vacancy defect and improves the energy transfer efficiency.In the meantime,the structure symmetry decreases,and the transition probability of Er^3+4 f energy level increases.The crystallinity of phosphors is also improved by the Li^+doping.The introduction of Li^+improves the up-conversion luminescence intensity of BMN∶Er^3+phosphors.When the doping concentration of Li^+is 3%(mole fraction),the up-conversion luminescence intensity increases by 4 times.
