摘要
针对主动悬架PID控制器参数整定问题,运用Matlab/Simulink软件搭建基于PID控制策略的汽车1/4主动悬架模型以及路面时域模型,以整定PID控制器的P参数为例,通过设计寻取轮胎动载荷最小极差值的正交试验与结果分析,得到了单一评价指标下的P参数相对最优值与相对最优区间,达到了提升汽车平顺性能的目的。
Aiming at the problem of parameter setting of active suspension PID controller,this paper uses Matlab/Simulink software to build a 1/4 active suspension model and pavement time domain model based on PID control strategy.Taking the P parameter of the PID controller as an example,the orthogonal test seeking the minimum differential value of the dynamic load of the tire is designed and anglyzed.The relative optimal value and relative optimal interval of the P parameter under the single evaluation index are obtained,achieving the purpose of improving the smoothness of the car.
