摘要
介绍分段变系数PID算法控制的伺服系统。详细分析分段变系数PID控制算法的原理及控制方法,并搭建实际台架进行试验验证,测试数据表明分段变系数PID控制算法相对常规PID算法相比响应更快、几乎没有超调、定位精度更高。
This paper recommend a servo system control used piecewise and varying parameter PID algorithm. The theory and control method of the algorithm have analysis. And,building real bench to test. The test data show that the piecewise and varying parameter PID algorithm is relatively faster responsive,almost no overshoot,higher positioning accuracy than conventional PID algorithm.
