摘要
食源性疾病已经成为人们重点关注的问题,因此确保食品中微生物检测的科学性和安全性具有十分重要的意义。本文对食品微生物检测进行概述,重点对质控品在食品微生物检测中的应用进行深入分析,为提高食品安全质量达标奠定基础。
Food borne diseases have become the focus of attention,so it is of great significance to ensure the scientific and safety of microbiological detection in food.In this paper,the food microbiological detection is summarized,and the application of quality control products in food microbiological detection is analyzed in depth,so as to lay a foundation for improving food safety and quality.
