摘要
小作坊生产是我国传统美食的重要组成部分,也是拉动食品行业发展的主要模式之一。然而小作坊生产在带动各地区食品经济发展的同时,也是食品安全问题的重灾区,多而分散的小作坊成为食品监管的薄弱环节,食品安全问题也成为社会各界普遍关注的焦点。本文通过对廊坊市小作坊生产现状及成因的阐述和分析,提出相应的解决对策和措施。
Small workshop production is an important part of China’s traditional cuisine,and also one of the main models to drive the development of the food industry.However,while small workshop production drives the development of food economy in various regions,it is also the disaster area where food safety problems occur.Numerous and scattered small workshops have become the weak link of food supervision,and food safety issues have also become the focus of general attention from all walks of life.This article through to Langfang small workshop production present situation and the cause elaboration and the analysis,proposed the corresponding countermeasure and the solution measure.
