摘要
食品安全问题是一个全球话题。在我国,随着市场经济体制改革的推进,食品安全问题日益频发。食品安全监管模式的不完善是主要原因。我国未来的食品安全监管应将政府、企业和社会资源有机整合,构建一种以企业自律为基础、以政府监管为引导、以社会监督为主体的崭新的综合性监管模式。
Food security is a global issue.In China,along with the market economy system reform advancement,food safety problems become increasingly frequent.The imperfect food safety supervision model is the main reason.China＇s future food safety supervision should restructure a new comprehensive supervision mode which organically combined government resources,market resources and social resources.This mode will be based on enterprise self-discipline,government supervision will be the guide,and social supervision will be the main body.
