摘要
水下分离系统是水下生产系统的主要组成部分之一,在实现多相流相间分离、保障物流流动安全方面发挥着重要作用,可极大降低深水海管回接的投资。为了解国际范围内水下分离系统的设计进展,本文以巴西Libra区块超深水油田开发项目为背景,从工艺流程、设计结构、尺寸及重量等角度阐述了5种水下分离系统的设计特点。此外,通过对比分析5种水下分离系统在撬装集成方式、水下分离器选型等方面的差异,从而确定应用于巴西Libra区块的水下分离系统最优设计方案。
As a main constituent part in subsea production system, subsea separation system serves as an important role in realizing the separation of multiphase flow, as well as ensuring flow safety, which will substantially decrease thecost on the tieback of s ubsea pipelines. With the intention to investigate the progress in the design technology of subseaseparation system,in the present study, based on an offshore oil field development project with ultra deep water in Brazil Libra block, from the aspects of technological process, structure, dimension and weight, the design featuresin five kinds of subsea separation systems are illuminated. Moreover, with a comparative study regarding skidmountedintegration method and selection of subsea separator, the differences in five kinds of subsea separation systems are analyzed,through which the optimum design for subsea separation system applied in Brazil Libra block is recommended.
