摘要
水下注入系统是深水海洋工程方案的核心技术之一,对水下生产系统安装、安全运行和工程投资等产生重要影响。针对巴西某深水油田FPSO+水下生产系统的开发模式,详细介绍了5种主要的水气交替注入系统(WAG)的水下总体布置方式,并从技术、经济、施工和安全因素进行评价,优选出单井单管WAG布置方式。详细论述了单井单管WAG布置方式的泄漏检测方法和水气切换方法,并对生产运行中主要风险进行了识别,提出了合理的应对措施。该研究成果可为今后水气交替注入系统的应用提供参考。
The subsea injection system is one of the core technologies of the deepwater offshore engineering program, and has an important impact on the installation, safe operation and engineering investment of subsea production system. Combining with the development mode of FPSO + subsea production system in a deepwater oilfield in Brazil, this article describes in detail the general layout of five major water alternating gas injection systems (WAG) and evaluates them from the factors of technology, economy, construction and safety. Single line WAG layout is selected. After that, the leak detection method and the water and gas alternating method are introduced in detail. The main risks in the production are identified and reasonable countermeasures are proposed. The results of this research may provide a reference for the application of deepwater water alternating gas injection system.
