摘要 为顺应"双一流"和"新工科"建设,高校实验室承担的实验任务增长较快。随之实验规模增大、实验门类增多,使得实验室安全管理工作面临许多新的挑战。在分析了目前高校在实验室安全管理方面所面临的问题和挑战,根据"安全至上、预防为主"的管理理念,提出了抓组织领导促责任落实到位,抓设施完善促条件保障到位,抓建章立制促管理规范到位,抓宣传教育促氛围营造到位,抓安全队伍建设促人才储备到位的"五抓五促五到位"管理运行机制,切实加强实验室安全管理工作,提高其安全管理水平。 In order to conform to the "Double first class" and "New engineering" construction, the experimental tasks undertaken by university laboratories are growing rapidly. With the increase of experiment scale and category, the laboratory safety management is facing many new challenges. Based on the analysis of the problems and challenges faced by colleges and universities in laboratory safety management at present, and according to the management concept of "Safety first, prevention first", this paper puts forward the management mechanism of "Five-grasp, five-promote, five-put in place" to strengthen the safety management of laboratory and improve the safety management level this paper puts forward to strengthen the organization and leadership to promote the implementation of responsibilities, improve facilities to promote the guarantee of conditions, establish rules and regulations to promote the implementation of management standards, enhance the construction of atmosphere through publicity and education, and strengthen the construction of safety team to promote the talent reserve, so as to push forward laboratory safety management and improve its safety management level.
