摘要
目的探讨全程人性化护理对无痛分娩足月产妇分娩结局的影响。方法选取2018年6月~2019年6月我院产科收治的70例无痛分娩足月产妇作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将患者分为两组,每组各35例,对照组采取产科常规护理,观察组采取全程人性化护理。观察两组护理效果。结果观察组的自然分娩成功率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的产程时间、术中出血量、SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组新生儿结局比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论全程人性化护理有利于改善无痛分娩足月产妇的分娩结局,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the impacts of whole course humanized nursing on delivery outcome of fullterm parturients in painless labor.Methods According to the random number table method,70 full-term parturients with painless labor admitted to obstetrics department in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the observation group(n=35)and the control group(n=35).The control group was treated with routine obstetric nursing,while the observation group was treated with whole course humanized nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups were observed.Results The success rate of natural delivery in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of labor,intrao perative blood loss,SAS score and SDS score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in neonatal outcomes between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Whole course humanized nursing is helpful to improve the delivery outcome of full-term parturients in painless labor,which is worthy of promotion.
