摘要
目的分析在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的治疗中通过应用异丙托溴铵溶液行雾化吸入的治疗价值。方法对2017年2月—2019年8月我院收治80例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,以其治疗方法为标准分组,观察组(异丙托溴铵组,40例)、对照组(常规治疗组,40例),对照组采取常规方案进行治疗,观察组则增加异丙托溴铵溶液进行雾化吸入治疗。结果治疗后观察组的FEV1(1.75±0.26)L、FEV1/FVC(79.69±11.39)%,均高于对照组(1.51±0.19)L、(66.79±10.02)%,差异具有统计学意义(t=4.018、6.335,P<0.05);观察组总有效率97.50%高于对照组85.00%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=6.312,P<0.05);两组入组时的肺功能均较差,且比较中差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.195,P>0.05);两组治疗后肺功能分级均较治疗前改善(χ2=7.135,5.028,P<0.05),同时治疗后观察组的肺功能分级优于对照组,且两组比较中差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.352,P<0.05)。观察组不良反应率7.50%,对照组5.00%,无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。结论 慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者采取异丙托溴铵溶液的雾化吸入治疗方案可显著提升疗效,有助于改善肺功能,同时药物安全性良好。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic value of atomized inhalation of ipratropium bromide solution in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods From February 2017 to August 2019,our hospital 80 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,on the basis of their treatment group,the observation group(isopropyl bromide group,40 cases)and control group(conventional treatment group,40 cases)and control group treated with conventional schemes are,observation group increase isopropyl bromide solution atomization inhalation therapy.Results After treatment,FEV1(1.75±0.26)L and FEV1/FVC(79.69±11.39)%in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(1.51±0.19)L and(66.79±10.02)%,with statistically significant differences(t=4.018,6.335,P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.50%higher than that in the control group(85.00%),with statistically significant difference(χ2=6.312,P<0.05).Lung function was poor in both groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=0.195,P>0.05).The pulmonary function grade of the two groups improved after treatment(χ2=7.135,5.028,P<0.05),and the pulmonary function grade of the observation group was better than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=6.352,P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate was 7.50%in the observation group and 5.00%in the control group,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Atomized inhalation of ipratropium bromide solution in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can significantly improve the efficacy,improve lung function,and improve drug safety.
