摘要
结合国内外乳扇加工技术的研究现状,综述了我国乳扇加工技术存在的问题和解决方案,总结了乳扇在人们饮食、经济和其他领域带来的效益,对我国乳扇加工技术的升级和产品品质的提高具有一定的指导意义。
On the basis of current situation of processing technology on Rushan cheese,problems and solutions of processing technology on Rushan cheese were pointed out.Benefits which were brought on aspects such as diet of people,economic and other fields were summarized.It has certain guiding significance to upgrade the processing technology of Rushan cheese and improve the product quality in China.
