摘要
目的掌握通江县适龄儿童国家免疫规划疫苗接种率真实水平,查找工作上的薄弱环节,为制订免疫规划策略提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段抽样方法,在通江县49个乡镇和5个社区卫生服务中心共抽取到7181名目标儿童,入户调查国家免疫规划疫苗接种情况。采用Excel 2013进行数据录入、SPSS 19.0软件统计对数据进行分析处理。结果适龄儿童建证率100%,建卡率99.61%,卡证符合率95.64%。基础免疫卡介苗、乙肝、百白破、脊灰、麻风、A群流脑、乙脑和甲肝疫苗合格接种率分别为97.59%、86.83%、92.63%、97.03%、85.55%、91.15%、86.83%、90.56%;加强免疫麻腮风、百白破、乙脑、A+C群流脑(3岁组)、脊灰、白破、A+C群流脑(6岁组)疫苗合格接种率分别为82.23%、80.49%、83.05%、83.47%、81.18%、84.48%、70.89%。结论通江县基础免疫合格接种率维持在较高水平,但加强免疫合格接种率相对较低。应加强部门协作,有效促进免疫规划工作的可持续发展。
Objective To understand the vaccination rate of the county’s national immunization program for school-age children,and to find out the weak links in the work,so as to provide scientific basis for formulating immunization planning strategies in the future.Methods A multi-stage sampling method was used to investigate 7181 children from 49 townships and 5 community health service centers in this county.Excel 2013 was used for data entry,and SPSS 19.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.Results The immunization certificate rate of the children is100%,the immunization card rate is 99.61%,the conformity rate between the certificate and card is 95.64%.The qualified rates of basic immunity of BCG vaccine,hepatitis b vaccine,diphtheria vaccine,polio vaccine,leprosy vaccine,group A epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis vaccine,epidemic encephalitis B vaccine and hepatitis A vaccine were 97.59%,86.83%,92.63%,97.03%,85.55%,91.15%,86.83%,90.56%,respectively.The qualified rates of booster immunization of measles-mumps-rubella vaccine,diphtheria pertussis tetanus vaccine,groups A and C encephalitis(3-year-old group),polio vaccine,diphtheria tetanus combination vaccine,groups A and C encephalitis(6-year-old group)were 82.23%,80.49%,83.05%,83.47%,81.18%,84.48%,70.89%,respectively.Conclusions The qualified rate of basic immunization remains at a high level in Tongjiang county,but the qualified rate of booster immunization is relatively low.Sectoral collaboration should be strengthened to effectively promote the sustainable development of immunization programs.
