摘要
目的探讨泸州市未签约家庭医生服务居民的签约意愿、意愿影响因素及其服务需求。方法于2019年4~6月从泸州市采用多阶段抽样方法抽取607名未签约家庭医生服务的居民进行问卷调查。结果未签约居民对家庭医生政策的知晓率为24.87%,签约意愿率为46.62%,年龄、家庭医生政策知晓度是影响未签约居民签约意愿的重要影响因素;未签约但有签约意愿的居民对常见病诊疗、健康体检等服务项目的需求较高。结论泸州市未签约家庭医生服务居民签约意愿较高,需求多样化。建议政府加大对家庭医生政策的宣传力度,提升家庭医生服务形式和质量,以提高签约率。
Objective To explore the signing willingness,influencing factors of willingness,and service demand of residents who have not signed a family doctor service in Luzhou City.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 607 residents who have not signed a family doctor service from Luzhou through multi-stage sampling from April to June 2019.Results The awareness rate of the family doctor policy for unsigned residents was 24.87%,and the rate of signing willingness was 46.62%.Age and family doctor policy awareness were important factors affecting the signing willingness of unsigned residents.The demand for services such as diagnosis and treatment of common diseases and health examinations was relatively high in unsigned but willing residents.Conclusion The residents who have not signed a family doctor service in Luzhou have a higher willingness to sign and diversified demands.It is recommended that the government increase the publicity of the family doctor policy and improve the service form and quality of family doctors to increase the signing rate.
