摘要
建筑工地高空坠落事故屡见不鲜,给社会生活和经济发展造成严重的负面影响。为了明确建筑工地高空坠落人因安全风险的关键影响因素,采用深度访谈和扎根理论,对50名建筑企业的工作人员进行访谈并对获取的资料数据进行理论编码和饱和度检验,从而构建了建筑工地高空坠落人因安全风险指标体系,基于Fuzzy-DEMATEL识别出建筑工地高空坠落人因安全风险关键因素。结果表明:建筑工地高空坠落人因安全风险关键影响因素包括工作经历、知识技能、安全意识、安全风险感知、安全风险认知、安全风险态度;该研究结果丰富了建筑工地高空坠落人因安全风险理论,也为建筑企业提供了安全风险管理的实践参考。
High-altitude falling accidents are common in construction sites,which have a serious negative impact on the current social and economic development.In order to identify the key influencing factors of high-altitude falling human safety risk in construction site,this paper uses in-depth interview and grounded theory to interview 50 construction enterprise staff,and carries out theoretical coding and saturation test on the obtained data,and a human-caused safety risk indicator system for falling from a height on a construction site is constructed,and the key factors for human-caused safety risk from falling from a height on a construction site are identified based on Fuzzy-DEMATEL.The results show that the key influencing factors of human safety risk of high-altitude falling in construction site include:work experience,knowledge and skills,safety awareness,safety risk perception,safety risk awareness and safety risk attitude.The research results enrich the theoretical results of human safety risk of high-altitude falling in construction sites,and provide practical reference for safety risk management of construction enterprises.
